Welcome to MadridTourExperience’s Cancellation Policy. This document outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, credits and reimbursements for individuals booking tours through our platform (“You”).
How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel a booking, please contact MadridTourExperience Support through:

Standard Policy
Cancellation and Conditions:
– Cancel 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund/credit of the tour price.
– Cancel 15 days before the tour start date: 50% refund/credit of the tour price.
– Cancel 7 days before the tour start date: 25% refund/credit of the tour price.
– No refunds/credits for cancellations within 72 hours prior to the tour.
Unforeseeable Events
You may be eligible for a refund due to unforeseeable events (“Force Majeure”) beyond your control. MadridTourExperience reserves the right to determine what constitutes Force Majeure.
Examples of Force Majeure include:
– Government-imposed travel restrictions
– Epidemic diseases unusual to an area
– War, civil insurrection, earthquake, or natural disaster
Non-Unforeseeable Events:
(a) Death, illness, or injury of a tour participant
(b) Poor weather conditions
(c) Change of plans
(d) Oversleeping
(e) Changes in flight schedules
Amendments
MadridTourExperience reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be posted on the site for your awareness. All refunds will be issued in the form of credit unless otherwise required by law. All cancellations will be credited after tour date has passed.
